First visits usually take a bit longer as intial information needs to be gathered. Plan for about 15 extra minutes than listed in services section on your first visit for paperwork and questions.
Just yourself and any medications you’re currently taking. Mandy likes to know the full picture of what’s happening with your health.
Insurance is not accepted, although CareCredit, HSA, FSA, credit cards, and cash are accepted.
Yes! All patients get access to Mandy’s patient portal. If you have questions between visits, just reach out - she’s here to support your healing.

After serving as a Captain for the U.S. Air Force Nurse Corps, Dolores Major, MD continued her education and received her Doctor of Medicine. She then completed an internship in pediatrics and a residency in anesthesiology. Dr. Major served as Department Chairman for Anesthesiology at Saint Anthony's Central Hospital in Denver, before relocating to Texas. Currently, she is involved in various committees at GRMC, including Physician Recruitment, Credentialing, and Surgical and Obstetrical services. Since 2006, Dr. Major has also been a member of the GRMC Governing Board and is currently the Vice Chairman. As a hospital-employed anesthesiologist based locally, Dr. Major is available for collaboration and is supportive of holistic approaches for the community.
